Lulu Boat Charter and its Captain reserves the right to alter and change the tours according to weather and ocean conditions to provide the best experience and safety for all the guest on board. 

Please read an sign the Complete Release of Liability waiver, a copy can also be provided upon arrival at the boat ramp. Bare in mind that the tours are dedicated to enjoy the day with family and friends; thus,  unlawful behavior, inebriated and unsafe acts determined by the Captain will conclude in the termination of the tour without any refunds. 

As a fire safety No candles nor sparklers are allowed. Balloons are not allowed for the protection of the ocean.
